For the 2nd year, Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, one of New Jersey’s leading luxury real estate services firms, volunteered through ‘All Wrapped Up,’ a holiday giving program through the Volunteer Center of Bergen County. The program matches Bergen County individuals and families in need with willing donors from the community.

Last year, 786 families and 919 individuals were referred by 28 Bergen County non-profit agencies for the ‘All Wrapped Up’ program and were ‘adopted’ by other families, individuals, or community groups and companies. Nearly 3,500 people coping with illness, unemployment, isolation, domestic abuse and poverty were helped.

This year, the group of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty volunteers adopted a family of 5 members.  The volunteers took the time to shop for items the family would benefit from the most including supermarket gift certificates, clothing, household items, and toys for children.

On Saturday, December 2nd the volunteers gathered together at the firm’s Tenafly regional office located at 90 County Road to wrap the gifts, so come the holidays, the family will feel loved and cared for by their community when they open their presents.

“Each year we participate in ‘All Wrapped Up’ it reminds us of what the holiday season is truly about,” says Janet Ginsberg, Manager of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty’s Tenafly regional office and Chair of the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® Community Service Committee. “This is a tradition we will carry on for years to come.”
