Managerial Additions

Edgewater: Ginger Shukrun has been appointed Branch Manager of the Edgewater regional office.  A previous Manager for Reuveni Real Estate in New York City, Ginger specializes in new construction sales and new development projects.  Ginger returns to New Jersey where her career started bringing a creative flair and unsurpassed work ethic.  Welcome Ginger!

Ridgewood: Andrew Emery has joined us as the Branch Manager in our Ridgewood regional office.  Andy has decades of real estate management and sales experience in Bergen County and is a current resident of Ridgewood. Andy possesses a wealth of knowledge, and has provided brokerage leadership in Bergen and Hudson County and New York State.  Additionally, Andy has devoted countless hours to serving Realtor® associations in the capacity of President and as a director. Welcome Andy!

Short Hills: Elizabeth Keyloun has joined the Short Hills regional office as the Branch Manager.   A resident of Short Hills, Elizabeth had been with Burgdorff/Coldwell Banker for the past 17 years.  Elizabeth brings an energy that is unparalleled in everything she does.  Welcome Elizabeth!

Operations Additions and Changes

VP Marketing & Brand Liaison: Brittany Lusardi joins the company after a decade with Turpin Realtors. Brittany will oversee all aspects of marketing for the company and effectively leverage the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Welcome, Brittany!

Training: Amy DeBellis will be transitioning to the newly created Director of Training role. Amy will be working to build a cooperative training program for newly licensed agents as well as overseeing our commitment to Continuing Education (CE).  Thank you Amy for taking on this important growth oriented position! 

Licensing: As many of you know, Re Cordner will be retiring in the coming weeks.  Re, thank you for all of your amazing hard work and dedication. Thanks to your many contributions over the years, you’ve helped us grow both Classic Realty and Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty! Missy Fernandez will be increasing her role to also cover the Licensing operations of the company. Thank you Missy for taking on this incredibly important role to allow our company to grow.
