Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty Makes a Splash on the Waterfront

Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, one of New Jersey’s leading luxury real estate firms, announces two new waterfront locations. The firm will add to their existing waterfront presence including the Hoboken, Edgewater, and Englewood Cliffs offices. The new offices will be located in downtown Jersey City and Port Imperial in Weehawken and are scheduled to open in the summer of 2019.       

Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes newly appointed Director of Business Development, Charleen Martinelli. Charleen brings 40+ years of real estate experience along the waterfront and will grow the firm’s presence in key market areas. Charleen, past president of the Liberty Board of REALTORS®, and REALTOR® of the Year, currently serves as Secretary & Treasurer on the Liberty Board of REALTORS®.
