Since 2008, Tim has helped individuals, couples, and families sell their homes quickly, and in some cases for more than they were asking. He has also helped many of his clients find their dream home.

Tim is based in Northern New Jersey, with a focus on Bergen and Passaic county. As a father of five grown children, helping first-time homebuyers has become one of his passions. He finds true enjoyment in helping a couple to find their first home, and also enjoys serving those clients who are selling their homes with plans to downsize. Tim excels in serving these two key client bases and gives every client his full attention.
