Rick began his real estate career in 2001 and believes quality is the most important aspect of any endeavor. Rick is well known in the commercial real estate arena and has participated in numerous transactions. One of his most transformational achievements took place in 2003 while working with David Silverstein on The Foundry Lofts project in Jersey City. The success of this project remains one of the primary reasons he continues to work with some of the most lauded principals and developers on the New Jersey Gold Coast.

Rick is an experienced agent skilled with handling residential real estate, commercial office, retail, and warehouse space transactions. Rick attended New York University Stern School of Business where he studied Real Estate Development. He is a member of the Liberty Board of Realtors® and is fluent in English and Spanish.
