Kerrin Sears

Kerrin joins Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International with global experience in the professional services industry. As a client-focused professional Kerrin has been successful in her role as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate through complex and challenging situations. Her experience in a fast-paced, endlessly shifting industry has enabled her to build exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills; positioning her to be a successful real estate professional. Her determination and work ethic in meeting her clients’ needs and expectations make her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Since 2016 Kerrin has closed several personal transactions, as both a buyer and a seller, allowing her to relate closely to her clients’ position.

Raised just outside of Boston, Kerrin has experience moving as part of her profession, spending time in Connecticut and most recently Summit, NJ. She lives with her husband, Chris, two children who attend Summit public schools and her rather large great dane. Kerrin is proud to be a part of the Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty team. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, running, traveling to minor hockey and lacrosse and trying to squeeze in time for 9 holes.
