Kaitlyn Lauber

Kaitlyn Lauber’s path to luxury real estate has been in the works since infancy. She is a professional that truly has real estate in her blood. Lois Schneider, Kaitlyn’s grandmother, started a brokerage in 1978 named Lois Schneider Realtor® in a time when female founders were not the norm. Pushing against the grain, Lois went on to form one of the strongest suburban powerhouses of real estate in Summit, NJ. With her grandmother’s example at the forefront, Kaitlyn went from a childhood of dancing in ballet shoes around the agents in the office to an education at Fairfield University, obtaining Bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Marketing.

Fast forward to 2010, after years of working at Ernst and Young, and auditing financial service companies such as UBS, Lehman Brothers, and RBS, Kaitlyn knew that it was time to combine her financial knowledge and real estate license. Kaitlyn began her real estate sales career and moved to Hoboken, NJ; she wanted an ever-changing market with clientele similar to herself. Kaitlyn credits understanding her clients’ needs and desires as a paramount component to achieve successful results.

“It really means nothing if you don’t bring experience, trust, and a personal touch to the transaction. Without those things, buying and selling a home remains just that, a transaction. That just isn’t how my grandmother taught me to run my business, nor how to treat people. It’s a big deal, and I pride myself on being just as invested as my clients.”

Kaitlyn Lauber is a Sales Associate with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty and has achieved over 30M in real estate sales as a single agent. Kaitlyn and her husband Steve have moved to the suburb that started it all, and reside in Summit, NJ with their daughter and three dogs.
