Stella Chernoff is a well-rounded and highly-experienced real estate professional who has sold properties across three continents! Her global reach is complemented by her fluency in many languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, French, Hebrew, English, and her ability to understand Arabic, allowing her to service a diverse and discerning international clientele.

Stella has been working for almost a decade in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. She has worked with top-ranked teams, negotiating multi-million dollar transactions for high-profile properties. Stella capably guides buyers and investors in real estate through the entire transaction process, whether they are local buyers or purchasing from overseas. She has conducted numerous international presentations in Brazil, Panama, and Colombia, educating people on the tremendous investment potential of the East Coast, and securing the best properties for her clients’ needs. Working extensively selling luxury real estate, Stella has been a part of top new development projects such as 75 Wall, The Paris, and The Centurion. Her expertise in the resale market of new developments as well as luxury co-operatives, condominium and Townhome associations make her a valuable and knowledge real estate partner.

Originally from San Paulo, Brazil, Stella holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. Prior to entering real estate, Stella owned and operated a restaurant and catering business, perfecting the art of customer. She additionally worked as a child psychologist helping children with Autism and other developmental delays.

Stella lived in Manhattan for many years, but has resided in Englewood, NJ for over two decades with her husband and son where she is part of a close-knit community, and part of the AhavatTorah Synagogue.
